DBH-2400 is the largest known squeeze tool designed to squeeze-off up to 24” IPS SDR-11 (2.2” wall) PE pipe. Six large bore hydraulic cylinders distribute 246,000lbs of force across the compressed pipe. Placement of the tool on the pipe is accomplished by swinging aside the hinged lower jaw. Gap stop gauge sets are positioned and secured by imbedded magnets. The Model AP201L air-over-hydraulic pump provides the correct rate of squeeze through regulated flow and pressure. Four mechanical locking bolts secure the upper and lower jaws together completing the squeeze-off operation.

Upon completion of the squeeze-off, the tool is hydraulically locked with a unique Mustang locking valve in addition to the mechanical locking bolts.
